This location was stunning and particularly good, really close to a beautiful private beach as well as a country club. The rooms were high standard and recently refurbished with beautiful view, the television, a variety of channels.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

the room was newly renovated with microwave and bath and iron & board, and reasonably priced. location: the hotel was next to a restaurant and private beach. what's more, it was 10 mins drive from trafalgar beach.

Booked a room with marvellous views of the lake. The room had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with shower as well as the toilet from the rest of the space. The location was beautiful and particularly good, 12 miles to Margate airport, perfectly reachable.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying an entertainment area, not far from a wonderful restaurant, a swimming beach, and Southbroom next door to San Lameer. The room was kept very clean and available with stunning views. There were facilities such as a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Central location of this family-friendly venue was a bonus.

The bed in my room was very uncomfortable.

The service was excellent and the location was ideal. I enjoyed that it was set close to expressway. The room was brand-new with king size bed and beautiful view of the lagoon and a separate toilet and the overall experience was peaceful.

We appreciated the dry cleaning services and the wake-up calls for those early morning beach days. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The spa services were also a highlight, with everything from massages to beauty treatments available. The sun terrace was the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The game room and children's play area kept the kids entertained, and there were plenty of activities for all ages to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

Although we were excited about our romantic escape, there were only a few things we could appreciate about the place. The first was the beautiful scenery, which was breathtaking and peaceful. We enjoyed a romantic walk on the beach during sunset, which was a memorable moment. The other feature we admired was the range of activities available. They were diverse and included fun things like horse riding, water sports, hiking, and more. The view from our balcony was also spectacular.

Our romantic escape was not as pleasant as we expected. The staff appeared untrained, clueless, and unprofessional.

The location was beautiful - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We was happy, the classic room we booked came with a separate toilet, a balcony plus shower. The staff was affable and amicable all the time.
